Join Sudbury Catholic Schools at our upcoming 7-12 School Open House Events!

The Sudbury Catholic District School Board invites students heading into Grades 7-12 and their families to attend our upcoming Open House Events. Participants will have the opportunity to meet teachers and staff, speak with current students, tour our modern school facilities, and explore the wide range of programs and opportunities available. Please contact the appropriate school for more information about open houses and for questions about registering for school.

  • Marymount Academy: Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • St. Charles College: Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Bishop Alexander Carter Catholic Secondary School: Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School: Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Join Us For SCDSB’s Annual Carousel Event – Register Now!

Registration is open for the Sudbury Catholic District School Board’s (SCDSB) annual Carousel Event hosted by the Parent Involvement Committee (PIC)! Join us for an evening of networking and workshops on timely topics in Catholic Education.

Event Details: 

When: Monday, April 15, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Where: Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School | 2997 Algonquin Road 

Carousel topics will include: 

Mental Health & Well-Being, Cyber Safety, Building Resilience, Autism Support, Bullying Awareness & Prevention, Preparing Your Child for High School Success, The Foundations of Reading, Supporting French Language Learners and more. Click here to view our session descriptions!

Step into the Classroom with SCDSB’s Welcome to Kindergarten Nights

Sudbury Catholic Schools are holding in-person Welcome to Kindergarten Nights. We’re thrilled to offer an in-person experience where you and your child can explore our schools, meet our dedicated Kindergarten Team, and participate in fun classroom activities. This event is not only an opportunity for your child and family to become familiar with their new school, but also a chance for us to warmly welcome you and your family to our SCDSB family. No matter if you’ve already registered or not, we invite you to attend and look forward to seeing you soon!
