Unlocking Potential in Level 2: Across Grades 3, 6, and 9, a significant concentration of our students are achieving at Level 2—right on the doorstep of provincial standards. This presents an exciting opportunity for targeted interventions to help these learners bridge the gap to Levels 3 and 4.

How We’re Driving Success:

Aligned with the Ministry’s Math Achievement Action Plan, we are operationalizing support through:

Standardized Scope & Sequence: Ensuring consistent, equitable learning pathways across all elementary and secondary classrooms.

Digital Math Innovation: Full-scale adoption of Knowledgehook and Magma Math to deliver responsive assessment, targeted intervention, and boosted student confidence in math.

Targeted Focus on Secondary Numeracy: A diagnostic deep dive into Grade 9 Math has identified higher-order thinking and application-based problem-solving as primary focus areas for continuous monitoring and embedded daily thinking tasks.

Thank you to our dedicated educators, support staff, students, and families for their unwavering commitment to learning!
