We invite you to register your child (born January to December 2021) for the 2025-26 school year on our online registration platform.  

What You Will Need to Get Started: 

• Proof of your child’s name and age. Examples include: a birth certificate, passport or Baptismal Certificate. 
• Your child’s immigration documents if your child was born outside of Canada. 
• Your child’s immunization record.
• Proof of your current address. Examples include: a recent tax bill, a current utility bill, a current Home Phone, TV or Internet bill.

Transportation to School

Once you have registered your child for school, the Sudbury Student Services Consortium will get in touch with your household to provide information on registering for transportation to school.
