AP courses cover both the Ontario curriculum and the AP content.
Students are evaluated on each area separately. A student's final mark in a particular course is based on his or her knowledge of the Ontario curriculum, which is reflected on the Ontario Report Card. Evaluation of the AP content occurs in Grade 12 during the standarized AP exam (written annually in May).

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Students are enrolled in regular Grade 9-12 Math & English classes but work on curriculum expectations from higher grades . This will unlock an additional 60 hours of AP content in Grade 12. Students will also take a leadership class in Grade 12 to help them work on the additional 60 hours and prepare for the final exam. Without exception, students must be motivated and independent learners.
